on the verge of 20six apocalypse and I'm still blogging about the comic...

I know this might seem inappropriate as we near the end of life as we know it, but I've just redesigned the main Beaver and Steve website a bit (and of course when I say 'I've just redesigned, I of course mean 'I've come up with some vague ideas and my internet wizard has done all the hard work') and I was wondering if you had any feedback. Is it nice to look at? Easy to navigate? And most importantly, does it make you want to click on the g00gle ads? Not that I'm encouraging you to do that so I get more money of course. That's strictly not allowed. Ahem.

It's so good, it definitely deserves a sweetie or two.

Dr T - thought you'd be clever eh? I have my INVINCIBLE SWEETIE SHIELDS raised!
pog - how did you get through my invincible sweetie shields?

Ooo a mailing list!

(1.6.06 17:02)
eh? How have you done that?

(1.6.06 17:02)

Banned sweetie donation?

(1.6.06 17:07)
It is because I have mastery over the internet! Or perhaps it's just because Dr T already gave me a sweetie today. I'll never tell!

I snuck through. Underneath. Crawling about with a monstrous hangover means people can't see you over their desks, y'know ...

(1.6.06 17:10)
Heh.

(1.6.06 17:20)
I'll be honest, it did make me want to click all of the google ads. But that could be because I used to run them too and apreciated clicks

You're the kind of visitor my website needs pete... I just hope those suits at google head quarters don't get suspicious about all the activity... apparently if I click even one ad myself they can legally take my eternal soul. Or something along those lines...

Will we able to send comics through that mailing lists too? In that case I'll just put my friend's address in there :P

(1.6.06 17:30)
Yeah, I read that. I used to go to uni and click a lot, but I think they cottoned on to that too. Boo!

(1.6.06 17:37)
OJ - it's mostly just so I can tell people to buy my latest merchandise. How shamless. I will try to set up a 'mail this strip to a friend' button though. And perhaps there is a clever way to get an RSS feed to post to an email address...?

(1.6.06 17:48)
Bung me on the list.

(1.6.06 17:49)
You don't want the exciting fun of filling in the little box and pressing the button yourself?

Eugh! eugh! Get'emoff! GETEMOFF ME!
Two icky sticky thingies attached themselves to me as I landed in this blog's docking bay, I'm shaking them off in your direction.
You may want to consider quarantine.
